Treasure Island recognized as sexy casino The construction cost of the expansion project was $68 million. The lobby of the hotel offers Island Perk, a place where guests can enjoy coffee, fresh baked pastries, sandwiches, and salads. Guestrooms feature special lighting, Hi-Def televisions, and rain showerheads in walk-in showers. Views of the Mississippi River and surrounding areas can be seen from the upper floors. The additional tower makes Treasure Island Resort & Casino the second largest hotel in the state.
